ART. 1. CONTINENTAL GRAVEL RIDE TOUR is a road bike sports event regulated in the Cycling for All Regulations of the Royal Spanish Cycling Federation (RFEC) within the framework of a cycling specialty that conceives this sport as a physical exercise for sporting, leisure and tourist or cultural purposes. The March will be subject to the provisions of articles 15 and following of Annex II of Royal Decree 1428/2003, of 21 November, which approves the General Traffic Regulations for the application and development of the articulated text of the Law on traffic, circulation of motor vehicles and road safety, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 339/1990, of 2 March. It is a GRAVEL RIDE open to all federated and non-federated cyclists over 18 years of age.
CONTINENTAL GRAVEL RIDE TOUR is a non-competitive event that will take place at all times on roads open to road traffic, which means that all participants must take extreme precautions throughout the route and always respect the highway code.
CONTINENTAL GRAVEL RIDE TOUR is organized by OCISPORT SERVEIS ESPORTIUS SLU.
ART. 2. CONTINENTAL GRAVEL RIDE TOUR will take the official start:
- CONTINENTAL GRAVEL RIDE TOUR SANT FRUITÓS DE BAGES: on Saturday, February 1 at Calle Lluís Companys, Sant Fruitós de Bages. The finish line will also be located in the same area.
- CONTINENTAL GRAVEL RIDE TOUR SANTA SUSANNA: on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at the Santa Susanna sports area. The finish line will also be located in the sports area of Santa Susanna.
- CONTINENTAL GRAVEL RIDE TOUR GIRONA: on Sunday 21 September in the Girona sports area. The finish line will also be located in the Girona sports area.
ART. 3. Registration fees:
Registration will be open:
- CONTINENTAL GRAVEL RIDE TOUR SANT FRUITÓS DE BAGES: from December 10, 2024, until January 29, 2025, or until a maximum of 50 participants are completed.

ART. 4. To participate it is mandatory to be in possession of the corresponding cycling license approved by the UCI or the FCC, or to subscribe to the day license with the insurance provided by the organization. They are the only valid insurances accepted by the organization. Participants who do not have a license from the Catalan Cycling Federation will have to pay €5 for day insurance, which gives medical coverage for physical injuries suffered by the participant but does not cover material damage to the bicycle or other accessories.
The participant assumes to participate in the event at his/her own risk and responsibility. Likewise, at the time of registration, the participant declares that he or she is physically fit for the event.
Registration is personal and non-transferable and implies acceptance of all the articles of these regulations, as well as the conditions of purchase.
All prices appear on the registration form on this website and can be processed through the online payment system by credit or debit card.
ART. 5. The organization will provide the material to all participants:
- Participation in the test
- Number, mandatory for the front of the bike. Participants who do not visibly wear the bicycle plate will be excluded from the tour by members of the organization or by law enforcement.
- Provisioning
- 1 liquid/solid refreshment station
- 1 liquid refreshment station at the finish line
ART. 6. Registrations will be made through the ROCKTHESPORT payment gateway and refunds will be made according to the contracting rules of the latter. In the event of a change of owner, the change must be communicated by email and all the necessary data of the replaced participant, and the substitute must be provided. ART. 7. The collection of the bibs will be carried out at the corresponding race office.
ART. 8. To collect the license plate, it is mandatory to present the DNI or NIE and the cycling license in case the insurance proposed by the organization has not been subscribed. For minors under 18 years of age, it is mandatory to present the parental authorization (download attached sheet) duly signed. In case of not presenting the license, € 5 will be charged for day insurance.
ART. 9. It is mandatory to wear an approved cycling helmet.
ART. 10. The route of the march will not be signposted, it is mandatory to carry GPS and the track provided by the organization will be followed.
ART. 11. The organization will have, during the development of the race, ambulances at strategic points of the route and a PMA (advanced medical point) in the finish area, broom cars.
ART. 12. The test must be carried out on a GRAVEL bicycle. Cyclocross, MTB and adapted road bicycles (and in eBike mode) are also accepted, but they are not the most recommended.
ART. 13. Cutting time. Cut-off points are planned at the refreshment stations.
ART. 14. Any participant who completes the route in its entirety, within the schedules provided by the organization, will be considered a Finisher of the CONTINENTAL GRAVEL RIDE TOUR.
ART. 15. All participants will have to pay attention and follow the rules of the road. The race runs on roads open to traffic. Anyone who does not comply with the rules of the road will be expelled from the march and subsequent editions.
Registration for the event implies that the participant assumes the risks inherent in participating in a race open to traffic, excluding the organization of the event from responsibilities for any incident or accident derived from participation in it.
ART. 16. The organization is not responsible for any accident of which the participant may be a cause or victim, who must be covered by the corresponding federation license or accident insurance contracted in the organization in case of not being federated. Nor is it jointly and severally liable for the expenses or debts that the participants may incur during the race, nor for the losses or breakdowns that the bicycles or other equipment of the participants may suffer.
The participant exempts the organization from any responsibility for loss or damage of personal belongings due to any circumstance.
ART. 17. The participant must accept the document “Declaration of the CONTINENTAL GRAVEL RIDE TOUR that informs of the risks involved in participating in the event and excludes the organizer from liability in the event of any incident or accident arising from participation in the CONTINENTAL GRAVEL RIDE TOUR. In the case of registrations made electronically, this document is visible at the time of registration and must be accepted in order to correctly complete the process. If it is not accepted at this time, for example, in appointments with the possibility of face-to-face registration, it must be signed at the time of collecting the bib before departure.
ART. 18. The organiser guarantees full compliance with the regulations on the protection of personal data and, thus, in accordance with Organic Law 15/1999, the participant is informed and consents to the incorporation of their data into the existing automated files by the organiser and to the processing of the same for use in relation to the execution of administrative procedures. commercial and other activities of its own.
ART. 19. The organization reserves the right to make the appropriate modifications, when for any reason it deems it necessary. Likewise, the right of admission is reserved.
ART. 20. Image rights. The acceptance of these regulations necessarily implies that the participant authorizes the organizers of the CONTINENTAL GRAVEL RIDE TOUR to record all or part of their participation in it; they give their consent so that they can use their image for the promotion and dissemination of the image of the race in all its forms (radio, press, video, photo, internet, posters, media, etc.), and assigns all rights relating to their commercial and advertising exploitation that they deem appropriate to execute, without the right on their part to receive any financial compensation. This article also extends to photographs.
ART. 21. The mere fact of registering for this event implies the acceptance of these regulations and the waiver of all rights against the organization, including also the waiver of any legal action that may arise from your participation in the event.
ART. 22. Strictly speaking, those participants will be penalized who:
- Do not respect the rules of the road.
- Do not respect the safety instructions indicated by the police and the organization.
- Do not go through the start control and others located along the route.
- Dirty or degrade the itinerary, throwing away waste.
The penalty will be: - Disqualification from the race, no right to a high-quality photograph at the finish line.
- Prohibition of participation in other editions of the event.
ART. 23. The organization will designate a group of participants whose function will be to ensure the safety of the event. These collaborators have the power to communicate to the organization the behaviour of any participant in relation to the behaviours described in Article 22. These communications will have the same value as the complaints made by the organization itself.
ART. 24. The organization will not assume any responsibility if the event is suspended or postponed due to force majeure.
ART. 25. Participants are strongly encouraged to undergo a medical examination before participating in the test
